Alocasia macrorrhiza 'Lutea' is from Papua New Guinea and has leaves which are quite undulate at the margins and are deep green with a yellowish cast. The cultivar is distinguished by its brilliant, deep yellow petioles. The inflorescence has a yellow peduncle and a canary-yellow spathe.
