Terms
All accounts are on a prepay or COD basis unless prior approval
has been obtained. We do accept Visa and MasterCard for your
convenience. A copy of our
Credit
Application can be printed for your completion.
Please allow 30 days for investigation and approval. All
credit invoices are due within 30 days and past due invoices are
subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. Any collection
charges including attorney fees and court costs will be the
responsibility of the Customer. A fee of $30.00 will be charged
for any returned checks.
Conditions
All plant material is inspected prior to shipment and is in good
condition when accepted by the transportation company. All
materials should be inspected upon arrival. Any problems
with the quality or quantity of plant materials must be reported
within 48 hours by fax, telephone, or email. If damage appears to
have been done by the carrier, you must keep the boxes for
possible inspection by that carrier.

Prices All prices are in U.S. Dollars, F.O.B. Mount Dora, Florida and for the wholesale trade only. Prices are effective January 1, 2008, but are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any shipping, packaging, or inspection charges. Boxing is $3.00 per box for our warmer-months box and $5.00 per box for the Winter pack. Partial trays and bare root fees are $18.00 per tray. Exports incur a service charge of $25.00, and Phytosanitary Inspection fees are $55.00 per shipment.
Delivery / Shipping Our trucks make monthly deliveries to many destinations within the State of Florida. If your address falls within our normal delivery area, we will bring your order to you at a cost of $2.00 per tray. Shipments outside our delivery area are done weekly, typically using Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or by several airlines. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer. |
