The genus
Anthurium is made up of over 600 species along with many hybrids
and is native to tropical rain forests. Anthuriums can be divided
into two main groups. The first has bright colorful blooms and is
grown as a pot plant or for cut flowers. The second group is
primarily grown for their exotic tropical foliage. Anthuriums are
relatively easy to grow and under the proper conditions will bloom
throughout the year. |
