Christmas’ has beautiful yellow and white blooms with dark green foliage. The inflorescence is erect with yellow bracts
and white sepals. ‘Yellow Christmas’
will grow 4 to 6 feet tall. Flowering occurs January through April.
Applications:
This
plant is well suited to partially shaded landscapes in warm climates. It also
works well as a patio plant or long-lasting cut flower.

Use
a well draining professional mix that is slightly acidic, keep evenly moist.

feed with complete fertilizer at 200-250 ppm (N), weekly. Supplement with
magnesium sulfate at 1/4 pound per 100 gallons once per month. For top dress or
soil incorporation, follow label rates for medium to heavy feeders.

Preventative
spray for insect pests. Employ good sanitation practices to avoid fungal &
bacterial pathogens, preventive drench to control root rot.
